Purpose Project Consulting was founded by Erin Doyle, who after 14 years in the construction industry working for Tier 1 Builders and Subcontractors, decided to pave her own path.

With experience across infrastructure, heritage, hospitality, apartments and commercial construction, there is no project too varied, too big or too small for Purpose to assist with.

We take pride in having technical expertise, alongside experience managing teams, subcontractors, clients and consultants.

About Erin.

Erin previously worked in roles with Mirvac and Marr Contracting in Project Delivery as a Project Manager and Operations Manager, looking after projects both in Australia and the United Kingdom.

She holds a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property (First Class Honours and the University Medal) from the University of New South Wales, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Sydney.

Operations Management

Supporting construction businesses to streamline operations by developing customised procedures that optimise planning, cost control, document management, programme oversight and contractor engagement

Design Management

Supporting Clients, Developers and Contractors co-ordinate consultant designs, ensuring compliance with codes, standards and legislation. Formulation of design programmes and tracking deliverables to meet required timeframes.
